With more than 20 years experience, Chris Smith established TriAlliance to provide commercial real estate brokerage services with an entrepreneurial spirit and an emphasis on quick action for clients. Previously a senior vice president/partner and top producer for a regional real estate company, Chris has earned the designation and is an active office member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), an international society of commercial real estate professionals. Chris was elected Regional Director of the society's Mid-Atlantic USA region for 2004-2005.

For the past 15 years, Chris has maintained a regular schedule of races, marathons, and triathlons. He's completed 12 marathons including events in Boston, Bermuda, Baltimore, and New York City as well as the Marine Corps Marathon. A three-time "survivor" of the Shawangunks Adventure Triathlon in the Catskill Mountains, Chris has led team TriAlliance to victory four times in the relay at the Eagleman Half Ironman Triathlon and in the 2002 NCR Marathon.

Lyn Jablonski focuses on tenant and buyer representation plus the sales and leasing of office properties with a speciality in office condominums.

An avid runner, Lyn runs the Baltimore Marathon every year and has completed in triathlons and many distance races including Baltimore's 2002 half-marathon where she helped TriAllliance earn first place in the women's corporate division.
