|  January 2008 Cignal Corporation has completed the sale of 23 Class A office condominium units totaling 38,973 s.f. at 913 Ridgebrook Road in The Highlands Office Park in Sparks for $8,630,935, or an average of $221 p.s.f. Services offered by the condominium owners include insurance, healthcare, financial services, consulting and executive suites. Cignal Corp, a Timonium-based developer, will be moving their headquarters into the sister property, 909 Ridgebrook Road, in February 2008. Christopher Smith, SIOR, with TriAlliance Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the developer on the sale of all the units. |
