Associated Administrators Move North To Lease 45,000 SF

Associated Administrators, LLC, has signed a long-term lease for 45,000 SF on The South Campus at The Highlands at 911 Ridgebrook Road in Sparks, MD. Relocating from their current site in Cockeysville, they will lease the entire three-story building scheduled for January 2006 occupancy.

Construction already has begun on the Class A building, which is the second of three 45,000 SF buildings comprising The South Campus at The Highlands. The first identical building also is under construction.

The landlord, Cignal Corp., a Timonium development company that specializes in high-end commercial properties, was represented by Christopher C. Smith, SIOR, from TriAlliance Commercial Real Estate Services. Associated Administrators, a full-spectrum third-party administrator founded in 1972, was represented by John Childs, SIOR, and Paul Danko from The Staubach Company.
