|  June 9, 2006 Cignal Corporation has completed the sale of 9 Class-A medical condominium units totaling 35,030 sf at 9114 Philadelphia Road in the Seven Square Office Park in Rosedale for $7,810,109, reports TriAlliance Commercial Real Estate Services. The condominium units are in the fifth and final of the five-building development, which is located north of Rossville Boulevard in Eastern Baltimore County near Franklin Square Hospital. Medical and professional services offered by the condominium owners include staffing and rehabilitation, oncology, vascular surgery, and ophthalmology. Cignal Corp, a Timonium-based developer, and its affiliates have been involved in the negotiation, financing, acquisition, management and/or development of many strategically located properties in Maryland and around the world. Christopher C. Smith, SIOR, with TriAlliance, represented the developer on the sale of all the units. |
