Cignal Corp, through its affiliate, Seven Square II, LLC, sold the entire 34,073-square-foot office condominium building at 9106 Philadelphia Rd in Rosedale, MD for $7,982, 222, approximately $234 per square foot. The building consisted of 14 units of varying square footages.

The condos are in the fourth building in the five-building Seven Square Office Park, which is located just north of Rossville Boulevard near Franklin Square Hospital. The buyers include a variety of businesses offering medical and professional services such as real estate and software development.
