The building consisted of 14 units of varying square footages. The condos are in the fourth building in the five-building Seven Square Office Park, which is located just north of Rossville Boulevard near Franklin Square Hospital. The buyers include a variety of businesses offering medical and professional services such as real estate and software development. Christopher C. Smith, SIOR, or TriAlliance Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller. |
